The inquiry form

When you send the Event & General Inquiries form, your answers are delivered to us as an email at [email protected] through Resend, an email delivery service. Your email address is set as the reply address so we can answer you. The website itself doesn’t keep a copy.

To keep spam out, that page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending the form. Turnstile runs only on the inquiry page, and Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy policy.

Email links

Links like “Tell us” or “I can help” open your own email app with a draft addressed to [email protected]. Nothing is sent or stored until you choose to send it, and your email provider handles that message.

We use messages only to reply to you and, if you ask, to share launch news. Reply to any message to ask us to stop.

Other services

Venmo, Zelle and social links take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

The only thing this site stores in your browser is your “Pause motion” choice, kept in local storage on your device.
